-I am running a gift auction for my sister who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, and I am looking for a company/organization who will donate baskets for free- I'm not looking for items to put inside of a basket, I am looking for literally the wicker (or whatever material) baskets themselves. How would I go about starting a basketball community center in my town?

It was in transit for almost exactly a month so we rented a temporary furnished apartment until our stuff arrived.

How can I use my LLC deductions, if I don't itemize?
-I don't have enough personal deductions, so I use the standard deduction. I have an LLC, that will have a few thousand in deductions, but I am worried I wont be able to take advantage of them, since I am not itemizing my tax return. Problem with ebay buyer help?
-ok so I sold an item on ebay for 拢2.99, delivery times stated 4-5 working days, for some reason royal mail took an extra 4 days to deliver something 1st class so buyer was chasing me for delivery. Said if nothing by end of this week I would send another or give a refund. Buyer was really pushy saying they've waited long enough and wanted a refund straight away. Knowing I had sent it by franked mail I knew it would be just delayed. Sure enough today the buyer has admitted receiving the goods but is refusing to close the dispute as they want "compensation" for the delay. Surely claiming for non receipt of goods when you have admitted its now arrived is fraud? This has just made the buyer madder and totally refused to communicate. Now ebay say the money will be automatically refunded in 3 days, despite the buyer admitting to me and ebay they've now got the goods, surely this is fraud? I know it's only 拢2.99 but it's the principal and now they're threatening negative feedback which will damage my 100% record, HELP!?!It's not fraud but it is clearly wrong.

-I started a new job this year and was told that my wages of 拢6.00 p/hour, 拢102.00 a week, and i was responsible for paying my own national insurance and tax. I phoned the self assessment helpline (in my previous job of same earnings, i did not earn enough to pay any tax or insurance) and was told that i was not classed as self employed as the only basis my employer has, is the fact that i must pay my own deductions and was told that it is up to the employer to either pay them on my behalf, OR send in a return every month to the PAYEE dept saying how much i earnt and so i wouldnt be eligable to pay anything. I was told that you can not just hire anyone and say that they have to pay their own contributions as there is certain criteria to meet before i can say i am self employed, which i do not meet, and therefore i am classed as a worker or employee, and either way i am not responsible for the contributions, but my employer. I have informed EVERYONE (tax credits, inland revenue, local council etc) when i first started the job that i worked at XXXXXXX and what my wage was, so if i was trying to work illegally then i wouldnt have told anyone. I didnt register for self assessment as i was told it wasnt nessassary as i was not classed as self employed. I have asked my employer to put me on the books and do it properly and she is still adamant that i am self employed, but the tax say i am not? I do not know what to do, as if i dont register as self employed i am worried that they will think i am frauding (even though i told tax credits and other benefits i work and how much etc) and if i do then its like admitting im wrong for not paying my own tax, even though that wouldnt be worked out til next yr but wouldnt earn enough to pay anything anyway???!!! Is being paid cash in hand the same as self employed?
-I started a new job this year and was told that my wages of 拢6.00 p/hour, 拢102.00 a week, and i was responsible for paying my own national insurance and tax. I phoned the self assessment helpline (in my previous job of same earnings, i did not earn enough to pay any tax or insurance) and was told that i was not classed as self employed as the only basis my employer has, is the fact that i must pay my own deductions and was told that it is up to the employer to either pay them on my behalf, OR send in a return every month to the PAYEE dept saying how much i earnt and so i wouldnt be eligable to pay anything. I was told that you can not just hire anyone and say that they have to pay their own contributions as there is certain criteria to meet before i can say i am self employed, which i do not meet, and therefore i am classed as a worker or employee, and either way i am not responsible for the contributions, but my employer. I have informed EVERYONE (tax credits, inland revenue, local council etc) when i first started the job that i worked at XXXXXXX and what my wage was, so if i was trying to work illegally then i wouldnt have told anyone. I didnt register for self assessment as i was told it wasnt nessassary as i was not classed as self employed. I have asked my employer to put me on the books and do it properly and she is still adamant that i am self employed, but the tax say i am not? I do not know what to do, as if i dont register as self employed i am worried that they will think i am frauding (even though i told tax credits and other benefits i work and how much etc) and if i do then its like admitting im wrong for not paying my own tax, even though that wouldnt be worked out til next yr but wouldnt earn enough to pay anything anyway???!!! -I got 4 tickets to the same concert. The original ticket price is 40 dollars from the presale and thats how i got my old 2 tickets. You are unlikely to succeed by finding a random product, importing it, then wondering where you will find customers.

Wrote correct measurements, wrong order for postage?

Am I required to refund buyer in this situation?

Paypal services for invoice?
-Ok so I have a question about sending invoices. I purchased something online. So I told the gentleman to send me an invoice to my paypal account.
Everything is fine, he has charged me the correct amount. But I always thought that I would need to go into my paypal account to confirm the payment???
But it has already been " processesd ", how is this possible? Cant people just start randomly charging accounts if sending invoices gets processed right away???

What can i say about former employees?

I did give her a formal warning for something different a few weeks ago and also told her she needs to stop the gossip. A few days later she quit. I can prove she quit and wasn't fired.
Problem is, she's telling clients she was fired, is making up the reason why, and also is accusing me of doing the same thing....saying i'm a hypocrite. She can say whatever she wants about me, i really don't respect her enough to care, but its upsetting the clients who are buying into her story.

It could be federal but I am not sure
But what she is doing is actually good grounds for a civil case, if you can prove that she is saying this and that she is making you lose business then you can most definately take her to civil court. check with your attourny and if you don't have one you need to have one on retainer.

Basically it is cleaning shop windows. If I charge 拢5 a shop and I am able to make it to 20 shops every day, I can potentially be making 拢2k + a month.
Anyone who has a business mindset, I would appreciate some input/advice. I know it isn't that simple but I explained it in layman terms.

A bit of leg work wil be required to get you customers, but once you have them, they should be loyal
as long as you do a good job for a good price
Also meet their needs by asking how often they want the service, could by weekly or more often
Providing you have transport and stay within a reasonable distance of several areas of shops you should do well

doing it for over 10 years now, he also offers to paint window frames as an add-on to his business
