Can i sell these tickets for whatever cost i want?

-I got 4 tickets to the same concert. The original ticket price is 40 dollars from the presale and thats how i got my old 2 tickets. I recently bought 2 better ones for 230 dollars each on Stubhub and they came from FedEx today. They were front row and i knew that i would get most of my money back by selling my other ones. The seller sold 2 of the 40 dollar tickets for 230 dollars each and i need the money i paid. So can i sell mine for 225 dollars each? Can i do that if he did that or are their laws and stuff? All 4 tickets are floor seats like close to the stage. I live in NY but the venue and the place where the tickets were created is in PA. and theres no rules for PA but theres rules in NY.Well it gets a little complicated.



Mostly the rules are designed to stop you buying tickets for resale.



If you bought too many tickets and a friend cancelled, you can legally sell it on.



In your case it is similar.



Some concerts require that you provide ID, so you can't sell them on unless you contact the agent and get the name changed.



But if you don't get caught, everything is legal.



So just sell them and see how much money you can make.You would have to check out "scalping" laws.
