How to buy a business?

-I am 24. Idk what my credit is but I have paid all my college payments and medical payments on time and almost have them paid off. I also have a small car loan and payed that all on time as well. I have found a business overseas I have dreamed about, but I will need a loan for $70,000-$90,000 to be able to get it. Where do I go to get that size loan or do I go to more then one place for 3 $30,000 loans? What would be the interest rates on them? Also, buying a business overseas does this cause problems for me getting a loan. I have will have access to the books to see if this is a profitable move before I buy.
