What is the best company for a highly motivated real estate agent on long island?

-im starting classes next month at nyrei, I know this is the thing i have always wanted to do, altough im young (25), I know I will succeed, I have been reading,breathing, and studying real estate for a while..And when i go look for a company to work with, I do not want to go to a company that will not bring me to the next level and beyond,sorry for the cheesy statement (i am a avid Tony Robbins listener) so any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated..thanks
