-I sold an used (like new) book on amazon for $50+$12 second day shipping. Now the buyer wants to return because the access code has been used. I don't think this is fair as I did state the book was used, and I'm not selling the access code but the book only. Do I have to accept this return?
should I refund shipping also? buyer wants me to pay for the shipping, am I responsible for that?
