Paypal services for invoice?

-Ok so I have a question about sending invoices. I purchased something online. So I told the gentleman to send me an invoice to my paypal account.



Everything is fine, he has charged me the correct amount. But I always thought that I would need to go into my paypal account to confirm the payment???



But it has already been " processesd ", how is this possible? Cant people just start randomly charging accounts if sending invoices gets processed right away???



I appreciate the help!!!If I send you an invoice, it shows up as needing to be paid. You would indicate to Paypal that yes, you want to pay it and how. If you don't do anything, it will never get paid.



I have no idea what you did with your account.
