Is this a good business idea...?

-So to the point...



Basically it is cleaning shop windows. If I charge 拢5 a shop and I am able to make it to 20 shops every day, I can potentially be making 拢2k + a month.



Anyone who has a business mindset, I would appreciate some input/advice. I know it isn't that simple but I explained it in layman terms.

Obviously get a flyer made up with prices depending on how many windows the shop has

A bit of leg work wil be required to get you customers, but once you have them, they should be loyal

as long as you do a good job for a good price

Also meet their needs by asking how often they want the service, could by weekly or more often

Providing you have transport and stay within a reasonable distance of several areas of shops you should do well

I have a friend who cleans shops and office windows, he makes a very good income and had been

doing it for over 10 years now, he also offers to paint window frames as an add-on to his business
Off the top of my head I can't really think of anything wrong with your idea.



A few things to consider -



1) Competition in your area

2) The price the competition charges



You'll have to account for materials and travel costs, and keep in mind you may only be cleaning a particular shops' windows once a week, maybe less. If there are enough businesses in your area that need windows cleaned, it might be worth doing.



Ask around, see what you come up with. It's a solid idea though.

Yeah its a pretty smart idea, but i don't think it would be that official, meaning i dont think you could do this long-term, but for the short term, yeah why not go for it, but the problem is, can you really find 400 shops to clean per month?

No, businesses have employees to clean their windows for them. Hiring someone to clean windows would be a waste of money for the business, but if your a kid and you ask nicely I'm sure some shops will agree.
Sounds viable but you have to factor in getting the work. There are probably companies already providing a service

Why only shop windows? Why limit yourself?
