What does it mean when Delivery is not updated?

-I just paid thru paypal on July 05. I got a tracking number that said:



Delivery status not updated, Jul-07-11, 22:09 PM



Out for Delivery, Jul-07-11, 08:09 AM, GARDEN GROVE, CA, 92842



Sorting Complete, Jul-07-11, 07:59 AM, GARDEN GROVE, CA, 92842



Arrival at Unit, Jul-07-11, 03:37 AM, GARDEN GROVE, CA, 92842



Electronic Shipping Info Received, Jul-06-11, 00:00 AM



I am puzzled because I live in Mississippi, they said it was delivery in CA.What did that mean? I thought it would change in 2 days but it didn't . I email seller twice to ask explain me, seller will not response. I found out seller live in CA. But can you pls explain why they say "out to delivery in CA?"It means it has left the CA warehouse and is in transit to the next station which has not scanned it yet to update it.
