Also, its never a good idea to go into business with friends... especially if you are teens because ya'll are quick to change your mind.

It has all the info. on loans and start-up costs and anything else you might want to know.. it takes a lot of work to start and operate a business. Just remember, I'm not trying to be discouraging, but 80 some percent of all new business fail within the first 3 years.
It take a lot of help! They should talk to someone with experience opening a restaurant! Even talk to a local restaurant owner! They will need to do alotof research and be careful because its a risky busines! You have to higher experienced workers, talk to your chef, and make sure enough but not too much for your menu items!
