I have just started my own mobile hairdressing business and need a list of people I can email in my area?

-I live in West Yorkshire and I don't mind paying for the contacts but don't know where to buy them from. Any ideas?Lots of leaflets door to door. Once you have built up a list word will get around and should give you a regular income without the need to advertise. It takes time to build a reputation.
