Go to the eBay homepage (http://www.ebay.com)



3Click on 'Register'



4Enter your contact information in the 'Tell us about you box.' Make sure to enter a current email address so you can retrieve lost passwords.



5Choose your user ID and password. Select a username that is appropriate, this is what your other ebayers will know you as. Password must be at least 6 characters/numbers. Save this information to a document and save this information in a secure location.



6Agree to User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Once you click 'Register' eBay will automatically send a confirmation email.



7Open email and click on 'Activate Now.' This will activate your account and open your ebay account in a new window.
Go to ebay and sign in. You'll create an account there as well as a Paypal account. Ebay is designed for the everyday person. If you can ask this queston, you'll be able to figure it out.
I'm not so sure but be careful since ebay is full with fakes. Yesterday I got scammed.
